Email (from the email on the swtor account) the steam proof of purchase per the steam sticky so they can add gametime purchased from steam

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has a generated persona (not Xerohun that your posting on presently) that EA account uses a freemail email address.

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

If you dont recall or have access to that email , you are best to call swtor support when the lines open so they can help update the email on that EA account

hey, i resetted the password on my swtor account , and the ea account, but nothing changes, i can't subscribe :'(

and that account silvemoon , is on my gmail not on freemail :O

The linked EA account is using the freemail email , that account needs a password reset

i know what you say , but that account is on gmail :D and i resetted the password now ,but nothing changed ☹️

Your posting here on a EA account Xeroxhun , can you login on the EA account using the freemail email and post here 

resetting the swtor password is not the account needing the password reset

Edit - you will know you are logged in on the right EA account as you will post here as abcajrqnqhc5fn  instead of Xeroxhun

i transfered that account long aggo in tho the gmail adress i have printed here so the freemail adress is no longer in use for swtor account logs, but before that i created an EA account  on the same gmail adress ,i think that is the problem ☹️

simplest is to call swtor support when the lines open in about 6 hrs and they can update the email used on that EA account

it still uses the freemail not gmail address
