I am having the same issue as most people here as well. "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.

I reset the password on the email linked to the account and that did not work.

and I reset the password on EA account as you write another people. But it not give me nothing.... probrem is same......

Same here, did all the steps that other people did here and still nothing, whats worst is that we have to go after the solutions because EA doesn't seem to care...

Having the Same issue. SWTOR support said EA account is restricted but im not even sure which account its linked to because both Emails i have used for my SWTOR account show nothing for EA linked games.

Support said its a billing issue, they have asked if you can call them

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona darkstar0129 (not Darthdarkstar) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
