Cartel items auto bound

Good Evening.

I recently got back into swotor after having a year or 2 off (work sucks)
Before my leave i had a bunch of cartel items in my pack explorer Item stash.
When i claimed them a good 75* have the 3 day bound cool down.
But a bunch of them, including armor and a black-white sabre crystal are auto bound?

Is this supposed to happen?
i can see on the market people are selling these items, and naturally thought like the other stuff i claimed that would also be the case.

Bound items from the Cartel Market Stash are from the Dark vs. Light event. All items from that event are bind on pickup (BOP) and cannot be traded with other players or characters. The names and designs are copied from Cartel Market items. The only difference you will find is that these items have the different binding type in the tooltip like on the pictures below.
