Chapter XI: Disavowed is apparently bugged. My character stands there with the conversation bubble over his head yet the conversation/cinematic never begins. With this bug I can't start the chapter or continue the story line because I CANT GET PAST THIS. Game breaking in my opinion.
See this link , patch is due on 22 May 18 with a fix for this issue.

This is specifically referring to the issue caused by the Game Update 5.9, any similar issues before that would be unrelated and likely had simple and easy troubleshooting and workarounds (resetting phases, resetting missions, ensuring no conflicting chapters, etc), while this one has no known workaround, is 100% reproducible and will need a patch to fix.
Just got back to play after about a year off and this is the first time I run into. 100% bugged and now im stuck. Maybe the upcoming patch will fix it?
the force field door is bugged for me as well. I hit all the switches still nothing. and not I cant click on then again.
