Character Graphics Issue: Character Stretched

My characters a streched, it looks like the aspect ration is wrong but it is set to the same ratio as my monitor. 1920*1080. I changed it in game a few times and the issue is still there. I have tried setting the graphics to full screen, full screen windowed, and windowed and that didn't fix the issue. I tried Vsync on and off and that didnt fix it. I deleted Client_Setting and restarted the game and that didn't help.

I have checked to make sure the resolution in windows, the Radeon Crimson setting, and SWTOR are all set to 1920*1080 and 60Hz.

I have not played the game in about a month, last time I played I did not have this issue. I have not made any hardware changes in that time. The game is unplayable like this. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I have checked this site, the STWOR forums, and did a google search and did not find anything that would fix the issue.

My Dx Diag is attached

Likely an EDID issue in the HDMI table , Can try a different monitor to confirm or connect other then HDMI (dependent on the table error)

As to fixing tried GPU scaling as per this link ?

Other the that use CRU (Link) and deselect all aspect ratio's you do not want

I tried CRU and that didn't fix it.

Is there a way to reset that table?

This can be driver related, reverting to the previous driver version is worthwhile.

As to CRU I am very surprised it didn't solve it, deselect all but 1920x1080 and create an override with that as the only resolution available and see what occurs.

Swtor for better or worse is one of the only games that reads the EDID on launch instead of just current desktop .....

The EDID is embedded in the monitor , only the manufacturer can correct any errors, they can release an INF that overrides it , hence CRU essentially can do the same thing by creating an EDID override.

If you have more then one monitor entry listed in CRU , delete the monitor profiles with CRU and reboot so it only has one entry to edit and start from there.
