Stealth issue is a current bug and is to be fixed in a patch , relevant thread (Link)

Reason you cant use /bug or post a ticket is this is only available to subscribers

Thanks for the reply, cool to see a fellow Aussie here.

Good to see that a fix is in store. I only hope that it fixes all characters with this issue, not just those who have subbed and get their characters name on a list.
