Charather transfer - Lost items

Hello every1. 

I'm not subscribed so i can't do ingame tickets in swtor. I used my free char transfer yesterday from tomb of freedom nadd to the red eclipse. I knew i would lose the outfits, but i didn't remember i had some items bound directly in the outfits window, instead of the armour pieces themselves. I still haven't noticed everything i lost (because i had at least 10 diferent outfits) but i imediatly realised that i lost my Black/Black dye module, that you guys know is one of the most expensive things to get in this game.

I would beg the mods to please refund me that black/black dye module, either as a BOE item so i can use it again, or bound it directly to my jolee bindo chestguard (as it is, where it used to be).
