Coming back after a long hiatus. Getting an Error.
I have access to both emails I've used for EA. I've reset my password for EA and SWtOR. Updated all payments and information. But I still getting this when trying to do a subscription.
There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance.
I've already regulated I'll have to call them first thing Monday... but is there anything else I can do that wouldn't have me calling and talking to some one. The only thing I haven't tried is maybe looking to see if I can do it on Microsoft Edge. I'll report back if that works. Fingers crossed.
Finally got the issue fixed, I did have to call sadly. But it took about ten minutes, I was going about it all wrong. I was reading all these fixes about EA connected account so I went and changed passwords and emails there. I didn't know it created an invisible account tied to the game that was the one that got disabled after my long time away. They just had me reset that password and I was good to go.
