Connection error after adding 7 day referral code

Yeah I got a hold of them 2 days ago and they said everything is fine on their end. 

It doesn't happen with anything else online. Tested it with penty of MMOs.

There is a chance it is the network adapter on your system , either try changing between 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz and see if any change if wireless

to check for issue is fairly easy , grab www.pingplotter.com (free version) and have it graphing to say www.google.com

then start the game and login and play in windows mode , look at the graph and see if the graph changes when you play the game and you see issues appearing

that graph can be saved as a jpg and inserted here 

Playing hardwired to router which I've reset to defaults, tried other DNS servers etc. Like I said, router reboot = skips server selection goes right to my character selection. Play five minutes, disconnected error. Try and goes to server select screen instead of character screen then get the connection error until I reboot router again.

I have to do do some running around, I get pingplotter etc. when I get back.This literally started right after entering a referral code for 7 day free sub. Was playing for an hour before that, entered referral code and this started happening right when I logged back in.. Not sure if I got any of he subscriber perks. I'm a preferred player looking to sub again so I hope we can fix this.

be interesting to see if pinglotter shows any change when you start the game

is there a firewall on the router ? the simple fact of rebooting the router is needed is maybe worth looking further

have you tethered a mobile phone to that computer and use the GSM network to see if a different internet connection has any affect ?

Just tried to start it. This is the ping plot from starting the game, getting to server selection (which means I'll always get the disconnected error) then after getting the error and exiting game I stopped pingplotter. Will try other suggestions when I get home. Worked fine with same router, Ive reset it totally a few times. I'll check for firewall on that as well. I even opened the ports to SWTOR which I never had to do and same thing. It's weird it happed literally after I added a referral code. I'm downloading it on steam to see if thats the route I might have to go.

I don't have a different account. Waiting for Steam version to finish downloading se what that does. 

Now I can't even get in after rebooting router. Just goes to server select then the connection error.

Here is a pingplot from right when the error pops up. I see the spike and guess that's like 100% packet loss then back to normal?

pingplot looks ok , net or firewall port issues 

i would recommend connecting that system to a different internet connection and see if the same issues still occur

I've tried with firewall completely off, made sure ports were all open for SWTOR...don't really have an option to try another ISP but I'll try and figure something out. 

Last time I was able to get in I pened a ticket about this but no response and can't get in-game to see if there's a response.

Anyway thanks for trying to help I guess I'll just keep messing with it and maybe get lucky.
