Crew skill level blocked

Hey guys, I was crafting some stuff with a caracter who has cybernetical competence, I was trying to grow up my cybernetical competence level to be able to craft industrial prefab of rank 2, but my level is stuck at 162.

I tried to craft differents sort of items, I bought the learnable item plans, but my level still don't go up. Can someone help me please.

Are you crafting items that show up as grey in your list? You only get experience if their level is high enough, so you would need to start crafting higher level items to level up.
