to setup a new key, you need to remove the old key

The serial that the swtor website provides to enter into the app , save that serial it can be used to setup the app again if you lose/break your phone.

Sadly, I have no smart phone.  I guess I'm up the proverbial creek without a paddle.

just use winauth as per your original post its on your computer, if need to be portable it can go on a usb drive https://winauth.github.io/winauth/index.html

you do need to remove any key already setup on the account though

Still wearing my "Huh hat".  Remove the current physical key, add it again, get the code, add the code to a Winauth entry and I'm in business?

No remove the physical key and throw it away and add a mobile key using winauth

I can add a mobile key purely using Winauth?

Do you not need to have a smart phone to setup a mobile key, then you can add that key to Winauth?

Looks like that's done the trick.

Removed the physical key, added a key via WinAuth.  Login didn't work until I shut down and restarted Winauth.
