What brand of Video card is this ?

If you press the windows key and type reliability monitor

what is listed in the monitor ?

I have a Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX970 with no issues seen

I have the newest drivers, I've tried a multitude of other drivers as well.

Use http://www.hwinfo.com/ to monitor CPU and GPU temps

Can you disable the Name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 still active in the system in case its conflicting

117 is TDR Timeout

What have you tried so far ? or is below everything ?

Use DDU initially to remove all trace of the video drivers

Then when you install the latest drivers , select custom and tick clean install

There is this but I don't consider it a fix but it may reduce the instances for now

I've done everything that you've said there already, minus the disabling the integrated card but since your post I've also done that and continue to experience crashes.

My GPU temp and CPU temp is fine overall, just the load for some reason on the CPU increases to 100% while loading into the fleet or some zones/in cutscenes, etc.

Overall the biggest issue is just that driver crashing and whatever effect its going to have on my computer long term.

Not really sure what else I can do at this point as I just did a clean driver install yesterday so .. meh.

Just to confirm , you have tried an older NVidia Driver ?

Have you done a game repair ? and deleted the games cache called diskcachearena etc

Yeah. I deleted the bitraider folder and all the things you've named and I've done a full repair, I've uninstalled and redownloaded the game with a fresh install.

I think, possibly, underclocking the card would help but I'm completely clueless as to what to do in this instance for this game.

I should RMA the card but I'm thinking it's SWTOR's programming in general with this specific card since it doesn't do this with any other game and I play a lot of other games that are far graphically superior and computer resource-hogging than SWTOR is.

Underclocking is a fix for EVGA 980 cards and is a known issue

Have you tried a few previous driver releases ? it wont be the first time certain Nvidia drivers have introduced issues

They aren't perfect , try the hotfix driver here  take note of the first 2 posts discussing HDMI Timeout and TDR issues , this maybe related

Trying previous drivers is worthwhile as well

I'll try that hotfix driver since I'm currently using 358.50 and that's 358.59 but yes, I've used about 10-15 different previous drivers to get this to stop doing it and nothing has worked.

If this driver doesn't work then I'll try underclocking the card a little, even if that's the 980 fix it could still possibly work for the 970 as I've seen posts around the internet that it's fixed the issue for some people.

PSU can be cause just to mention of these sorts of issues

Downclocking for EVGA cards is a specific reason, otherwise needing to downclock is usually time to RMA.

Unfortunately this sort of issue is a PITA to narrow down

I mean, if downclocking works (I'll try all this later today as I'm tired and getting ready to sleep) solely in SWTOR and whatnot.. I'll just go that route for now and potentially RMA it in the future/near future because it runs fine with any other game I play.

I've read several of your responses to issues like this across the old SWTOR tech support forums and all of those issues are specifically what I'm having right here, so I'm not alone with this problem of crashing drivers/grey screens and downclocking seemed to help some people, even 970's.
