Emails about resetting my password that I never requested.
Twice now I've gotten the following email:
"We have received your request to reset your password for the Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ website. To complete this request, simply click here to reset your password.
Remember, if you have a linked EA account, it will be reset with the new password.
If you did not request this change, or if you need assistance with your account, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team.
May the Force be with you, The Star Wars: The Old Republic Team"
Should I be concerned about this? Thanks to EA and their cheapness I have no access to online customer support since I'm not currently subscribed. No way I'm wasting my time calling them and spending three years on hold. Not for an inactive account I haven't used in years.
I logged in and changed my password and security questions after I received the first email. I would add a security key but their useless app is outdated and doesn't function.
The other issue is that they claimed my EA password would also change if I changed my SWTOR password but that didn't happen. EA's website is still requiring the old password which I luckily still remembered. Does is just take a while to propagate or is not going to happen?
Not sure that there really is anything I can do as a non-subscriber but I appreciate any advice!
