friend pack for preferred players only available on new character, not old ones

Question

Hello,so I have an account in "preferred" state, as I did purchase the game and game time subscription in the past.Now I thought to get back into the game.First I created a new character, started to play the tutorials etc.I found that my ingame mailbox was quite full, with companions, armor styles, etc.Also, there was a mail that contained a "friends of swtor" pack, which unlocked some features, like eg. allow to display title, modify equipment appearance, etc.When I re-actived and logged into my old main character, which is at a higher level (~50), I found that apparently I have such a mail in my ingame mail box as well, but it is quite old - and empty. The functions as mentioned before, which are availble on the new character, are not availble to me on my old character.Is this a bug? Should I have a received the same mail and item pack on the old character as well another time?Or is it simply not availble on older characters anymore, and I will be starved off these features without a new and active subscription?Thanks for bringing me up to date ^^-BR

It's possible the items were different at that time.&nbsp; To further investigate email support@swtor.com to have them look into it.&nbsp; You can provide the character name, server and what is missing and they may be able to find out further.

The items could have been redeem on the older character already and used.&nbsp; Also many of the pets and items you receive are unlocked in collections.&nbsp; Mail is only sent the time it is either earned or when you create a new character.

So if it's not on the old character you may have redeemed it.&nbsp; Check your collections to see if it's unlocked and then also check your character inventory and Cargo space for those items.

Hello and thanks for your reply&nbsp;@Belgorad&nbsp;.As mentioned, other items such as pets are present in the collection of the old character.My inquiry is only about features such as "enable titles" and "gear customization".I suppose back in the day when my old character received the mail, the original package had different contents for the "friends" box.If I had redeemed it on that character already I would have the features available, but I don't.Again, only on the new character, where I freshly received the new mail with a box of such content.
