full hdd will do it, as the game creates static cache files on launch , if they cant be created the game will fail to load

Idk man, nothing works. Tried the driver, tried compatibility mode. This is why I stopped gaming on computers, they just decide not to work. The enslaved demons must be mad I keep telling people that's how computers work. Oh well I guess.

Cant see anything out of place , i would definitely try the AMD beta video driver linked earlier 

other then that try verifying the game files just in case per this guide on steam

can also try cutting that client_setting file out to the desktop and see if any change when it attempts to load with defaults

actually also suggest updating your video driver it is from 2015
