Game crashes when loading into Belsavis

Earlier, on my main character, I tried to get to Belsavis to do Heroic missions. The loading screen appeared and loaded to about 80%, then froze completely. About a minute later, the game crashed. Wh...

Just to be sure, the repair option is only available after login and the play button is lit if the launcher detects an issue

if the install is via steam it needs to be done as file verification in steam not a repair on the launcher

I took a look at the repair option again, and there’s nothing indicating that I need to repair game files. I am using the standalone launcher, not Steam.

    The only other option is try a clean install if the repair isnt detecting an issue

      I did mention that I tried already, but I will try again once I have a chance. Would it be helpful if I provided logs of some kind?

        crashing on load into some planets is also possible on a system that does not meet the game requirements for Vram, in these cases only workaround is to try and lower gfx settings to all low and see if loads ok
