Game crashes when loading into Belsavis

Earlier, on my main character, I tried to get to Belsavis to do Heroic missions. The loading screen appeared and loaded to about 80%, then froze completely. About a minute later, the game crashed. Wh...

I did mention that I tried already, but I will try again once I have a chance. Would it be helpful if I provided logs of some kind?

crashing on load into some planets is also possible on a system that does not meet the game requirements for Vram, in these cases only workaround is to try and lower gfx settings to all low and see if loads ok

    dxdiag link per this guide would help see the hardware and drivers used

      Here is the DxDiag file. I have also tried lowering graphics settings all the way, but it still crashes once the loading screen reaches ~90%.

      edit: I can also provide a .dmp file if that's helpful; it looks like bugsplat sends it as part of crash reports.
