Well There Is One Problem With Those Directions, I Don't Have A .Xfr File Nor BitRaider So Is There Any Other Way I Can Fix It

Try to switch  off ANTYVIRUS mate, works for me.

after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.

There Is No Pull Down But There Are Gears And When I Click On Them It Shows Repair But When I Click It Is Doesnt Work

Have you used fixlauncher.exe (do not use this) , if there is no pull down you have the old laucnher

You will need to Use the repair utility here  to correct that
