When you press windows key + x when you select on the menu , command prompt (admin) a black screen should appear , this is what you need to type in the black window
sfc /scannow
then press enter
once finished type in the command prompt again
chkdsk c: /f
press enter
see if any of these finds errors and cant repair them
Also use this and save the file and send it to me in a PM not on this thread , it will give me a better view of the system
Sfc/ scannow also didn't find any others. I'll send you a snapshot with Speccy now.

One more thing. When I logged back into the game, the shader was set to low, and I didn't crash. (Well, i only played for a few minutes) The game was laggy too, and I the low graphics were not good. I wouldn't want to have to play like that.
