Game Startup Freezes Computer

I dont see this as a widespread issue, I do recall someone a while ago with similar 1 to 2 minute freeze on launch but haven't found that thread yet and this is one person by memory
I run a 6700k with a 1080 and have no loading issue on the same windows 10 version you have.
While troubleshooting i would drop the monitor refresh rate back to 60 as well for now as well.
If this is occurring on the notepad what software is common maybe a good start
Can start with basics, have you run a game repair per this link
Antivirus have exceptions for the game etc
Can also run a clean boot per this link , if using bitraider you will need to leave all bitraider stuff enabled
Changed my refresh rate to 60hz - no solution.
Ran a game repair - no solution.
My antivirus is Windows Defender, added exceptions/changed settings - no solution.
Ran a clean boot - no solution.
I even installed DirectX9 manually as per the suggestion of another forum post - no solution.
This is rather unfortunate as SWTOR is the only application that causes this issue. I will continue to search for different solutions, but I do not believe the issue is caused on my end.
You could try a non streaming install per this link to take bitraider out of the equation , it sounds like something is interfering on startup hence it takes so long.
If this wasn't a local system issue every player would have this issue, but apart from recalling one other thread similar over the last few months , there are no others reporting this freeze on start.
The only thing i can see in the dxdiag is windows update had issues

see if it finds issues and can or cannot repair them
other then that your C-media driver is not WHQL qualified used with OriGen G2 , so disable just to be sure it isnt related.

i wonder if this is a windows issue affecting certain setups see the comment at this link about being a windows issue , noting you have AMD video and that is the nvidia forum
look at the latest insider build I can only find reference to the below though

I changed my installer to non-streaming - issue still occurs.
Disabled my Origen G2 - issue still occurs.
I have also disabled any and all possible background applications.
I thought it would be helpful to link a video capture I recorded to demonstrate what is occuring:
As I press play, I start by moving my cursor to represent that my computer is responsive and normal, but gradually freezes, jitters, and lags as the game loads.I also noticed via Task Manager that my disk usage drops to 0% during loading, shouldn't it be the opposite?
Try using perfmon as shown in this link to see if can identify what is actually consuming resources when this occurs
Nothing out of the ordinary, except my disk usage being at 0% until the title screen appears.
