Getting an error message when trying to renew my subscription

I've been subscribing non-stop for about 3 years. This time around my subscription did not renew when it should have. I tried to manually renew it myself but got an error message "An error has occurr...

i have flagged to check the account for issues with swtor support, response will be in about 10 hrs when support are online for the day

        Oh, well I suddenly can't log into my account now. Says display name, password or security code (which I dont have) is incorrect. First time this has happened.
