Getting an error message when trying to renew my subscription

I've been subscribing non-stop for about 3 years. This time around my subscription did not renew when it should have. I tried to manually renew it myself but got an error message "An error has occurr...

if you are unable to resolve the login issue , you are best calling swtor support when the lines are open, they can resolve any account issue at the same time too

support said there is no account issue, on their side it appears as payment issue with the card used, they suggest see if your bank can see any issue
