Haven't played in years/Security Key issues - can't reset pw
Hi everyone,
I'm a returning player to the game and I have not played since 2015 or 2016ish.
I do not remember my password so I went through the process of resetting it.
Everything went well but my Security Key seems a bit janky and it's not allowing me to reset my PW...
My security key gives me a weird passcode at first but then it refreshes and gives me a real passcode but it doesn't work when I put it in. It says invalid passcode.
When I leave the security key blank, the system tells me I'm required to input a security code.
So basically because of my janky security key generator I'm unable to reset my PW.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, img of the weird code in attachment.
You are best to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can remove the key manually so you can reset the account password
