HK-55 not disponible

Hello,

I purchased the HK-55 expansion and have already completed the mission on one of my characters. However, when I try to access it on another character, it is not available, even though I meet all the requirements.

I do have access to The Shroud of Memory and have completed it successfully.

I have looked up this issue online and found references to a possible bug. I was therefore wondering if this could be my case, and if so, how it can be fixed, especially since it is not possible to contact customer support without an active subscription...

    I fill all the requirement and I am on the same server.

    apparently my problem will not be adress as I am not subscribed, WTF
    I have paid for that content

  • Just to confirm that character is on the same sever ? 

    If you meet the requirements listed at this guide

    you can send an email to mailto:support@swtor.com and they can have a look , best to use the email address used on the account and provide the account displayname etc
