there is no way to check prior, if a code fails it can be sent to support@swtor.com
edit: if an account is disabled for purchasing ( cant purchase on swtor.com ) then gametime cant be added to that account even if a valid code or steam purchase etc is made

If I have activated a 60 days key and then I activate another 60 days key, am I going to have 120 days on my account?

if it is deemed a valid code they can add gametime the account
60 + 60 = 120 days on your account
