how to get un-squelched?

So I was talking in Gen Chat and go to type a message saying I'm squelched. Any idea how to fix it? I wasn't spamming or anything. I just randomly got muted in chat and I don't know why. Any help is ...

    Just wait 72 hours and you will be un-squelched.
