I cannot play the fallen empire expansion

Hey there later today I called Support and told them about my problem being a subscriber but still have prefered account and they fixed it, but now I cannot play the Knights of the fallen empire and I called support again 2 times (first time the line got screwed) and she could not help me out, she told me referral subscribtion is still supposed to be able to play the expansion.

It's Chapter 10 I try to play but it wants me to go into user and want me to get sub? 

My friend used referral also and he can play the expansion without no problem, why can't I?

  • Only paid sub counts for accesses to KotFE.

     

    Sadly CS did told you wrong.

    My friend did referral as well and he can play the expansion with no problem, you  really sure?

  • There is an Promotion for Chapter One, but for anything you need paid Sub.

    There was an long discussion on swtor.com around the Start of KotFE, with an Statement from Eric, didn't found it on short notice.

  • Apparently, referral time is not the same as sub time.

    You get *most* of the benefits but not chapters.

  • The 7 day referral offers most of the benefits of a sub, minus the chapters. Once your 7 day referral has expired and you drop into subscription properly, you'll be fine.
