I CAN'T LOG IN

Hello Guys! and Community of SWTOR, Im Henry a brazilian player of our loved game, i've getting a problem to log in my account, because i've lost my old phone, and i got a new one, since i have the segurity key activaded, the same stuff that is to protect isn't letting me log in, because and i don't know why, everytime that i put the code that my app send (google authenticator) it says: invalid login, or failed login and this and that, so in resume the system isn't recognizing the verification code, i need suport to deactivate the segurity key option, and log again in my account, because i don't want it get deleted
