I got billed twice for one sub, trough swtor website.

Hello. I bought one month of a sub for SWTOR on 14th of April trough the SWTOR website, so a few days ago, and I see two separate charges to EA on my Paypal.

One for: EA Swiss Sarl
And another for: Electronic Arts, Inc

Both for the exact same amount or money at the exact same time. One of them went trough right away while the other is still pending. I cannot cancel the pending charge as Paypal doesn't let pending charges to be disputed.

And when trying to get refund trough EA support page, this message comes up: You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now.

How am I supposed to cancel the random second charge?

And no, I did not get any errors when buying the sub and no I did not I buy it twice. I got the normal Origin receipt to my EA associated account for subbing, none for the pending one. The double charge only shows on my Paypal.

    You will find the 2nd charge listed as pending will disappear on its own, until it changes status nothing can be done further in regards to a pending transaction, hence paypal cant dispute a pending charge either

    to discuss any swtor purchase needs to be done through swtor support by phone, but they cant help until that charge changes from pending, and its likely to disappear on its own
