I no longer have access to my Security Key

I used the security key back when it was the standalone app on IOS. I cannot get that app back, and it appears that my account is still linked to the key. Please reset the key so that I can reset my password and login to my account.

Providing you know the password, the key can be removed in a web browser (not the launcher) by leaving the key field blank as seen in this guide

If you dont know the password either then you need to call to remove the key from the account to allow a password reset
