I purchased a subscription, but it fails to charge me for money

Hello. I received subscription and all bonuses with it . Still, as title states, something is wrong with my payment. Every time (I think that was stupid to be honest, but i tried at least two times) im trying to subscribe after entering my debit card credentials, im getting "error 0, try again later" or stuff like that. In the "Manage Accounts" section every status of payment from subscription is "Failed".
But the thing is, "SWTOR.com Star Wars Geneva CHE" charged me twice for 60 RUB with "Awaiting confirmation" status on these transactions.

I cant even delete my credentials (because there is nothing in "Credit Card Accounts" field) nor cancel subscription.
What i can do about it?

Edit: I subscribed to "30 Days" plan through SWTOR website, not Steam
My Display name is Worghart

the 60 rub is a merchant verification charge it will auto refund in a few days, best recommendation at moment is try a different payment method

feedback from swtor here wont be until Tuesday and likley will be what i just mentioned as debit cards are not always suitable for a recurring sub , it may buy the 60 day non recurring sub

  • I dont have different payment method (non debit card) unfortunately, but i can try purchasing subscription through Steam - is it okay to do?
And other question - "60 Day Non-Reccuring Sub" is "60 Days - Billed once, Game time is immediately added to your account" subscription?

Thanks for the help, by the way!

Steam is one option to purchase

60 days if says non recurring is a one off purchase of game time

Hi, I`ve got the same problem. I used a debit Visa card, but when I tried to pay for the monthly subscription amount (299 rubles), a payment error appeared on the site. I tried to pay again, but the error was repeated and I noticed that I received 2 SMS about withdrawing 60 rubles twice and that the card had expired or was indicated incorrectly. If the card expired or was specified incorrectly, how was 120 rubles withdrawn? It is also not clear, if 120 rubles was still withdrawn from the card, then why could I not pay the subscription amount?

the 60 rubles are a merchant card verification charge ( they auto refund after 3 - 5 days) , credit card is need for a subscription , you may be able to purchase the 60 day sub with a debit card

failing that try purchasing through steam after linking steam and swtor accounts together

What to do if the verification charge (those 60 rubles) was never returned to the account? Already 10+ days have passed since their cancellation.

It should only show as purchase authorization ? in which case the money is in limbo in the banking system
