Issue with "Short Locks" hairstyle from the Cartel Market

Hello, I purchased the "Short Locks" hairstyle from the Cartel Market, but it has a major visual bug: my character's scalp clips through the hair while moving, resulting in a very poor appearance (textures overlapping, visible clipping). I’ve tested multiple characters (different body types, faces, and classes), and the issue is always present. Since I paid for this with Cartel Coins, I’m requesting a refund or an appropriate solution. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
