Join the Fight Bundle issue

I purchased the Join the Fight Bundle through the SWTOR website but have not received game time or cartel coins, despite receiving the speeder through in game mail. I've had a hard time contacting support as you need to be a subscriber to submit a ticket in game, so I'm hoping I can get help here.

  • Sometimes there can be a delay , and if purchased when logged in , you need to log out and back again to reflect ingame

    one thing you can check is look at your transaction history in your swtor account and see if that purchase is marked open, closed or failed

    I did purchase it while logged in, but I've attempted relogging with no results. It does show the purchase as "Closed" on the transaction history so I'm confused what the issue could be.

  • given the purchase is on swtor.com and is marked closed , send an email to support@swtor.com and ask if they can check the purchase
    there is a chance they may ask you to call when the lines are open.
