Sometimes there can be a delay , and if purchased when logged in , you need to log out and back again to reflect ingame
one thing you can check is look at your transaction history in your swtor account and see if that purchase is marked open, closed or failed
I did purchase it while logged in, but I've attempted relogging with no results. It does show the purchase as "Closed" on the transaction history so I'm confused what the issue could be.
