KotFE and KoTEE romances getting cancelled after patch *spoilers*

There is a well-known bug that cancels romances with Theron, Lana and Koth if you are replaying the chapters and there happens to be a patch before you finish the entire expansion. It's been around at least for a year.

I had been replaying the chapters and had one active when the latest patch came out (you can't abandon them, which is honestly stupid) and it resulted in my Theron romance being cancelled. I didn't get any of the romance options or the romance ending in the Nathema conspiracy flashpoint. This is extremely disappointing! I was looking forward to this reunion for months now just to have a bug kill it? Seriously?

Can this be fixed and how? I know the chapters can be replayed, but I am not sure you can replay the solo-story mode for flashpoints...

Some help would be appreciated... This is really not okay.

    I don't believe broken up romances can be fixed or re-kindled by any regular user troubleshooting, and I'm fairly certain Customer Service are unable to do anything either. The only thing to do in this case would be to report it to the Bug Forums over at swtor.com.

    Thank you for the reply. I am currently not a sub so I can't post on the forums, but I am fairly certain a number of people have posted about this same bug before. Are you certain that in-game customer service couldn't do anything? I mean it wouldn't be worth subbing and trying to ask them then? This really sucks :/. I would just remake the toon but I don't want to waste everything like my 44 level valour rank and such...

    @Arilena I wouldn't sub just to submit a ticket, no. Romance stuff would be in the category of permanent story decisions, so customer service wouldn't be able to change anything about those decisions, even if they were unintentional or because of a bug.
