Kotor lost security key, support goes around in circles

I gather you mean swtor not kotor , swtor support do not have live chat unfortunately

if you dont have your security key and dont know the password the only option left is to call swtor support when the lines are open 

they can remove the key manually to allow you to reset the password on the account
