Lag Spike followed by Sound Crackle, can't play game.

For the past 2 weeks. I have been dealing with a constant, every 5 minute Lag spike, frame rate drops, followed by the sound slowly degrading into static where the all sounds become crackly and distorted, then 5 minutes later it returns to normal. This process repeats itself for the entire duration of my play time.

I've updated all my drivers, re-installed the game twice, once with bitraider, once without. I went as far as restoring my computer to factory defaults, re-updating all my drivers. Everything. I've searched forums, asked so many people, others are experiencing it too. Apparently the issue goes back even to 2012-2013.

I pay money, to play this game, like everyone else, but when I spend more time trying to FIX it rather than enjoy it, then it just because an irritant more than anything. So please, Dev, CSR someone give me so direction here already. This is frustrating and I've spent long enough having to deal with it.
