Launcher login problems

Hello guys!
I'm having trouble logging into the Old Republic Launcher. My credentials work perfectly when I log in through the website, but when I use the launcher, it says that my username and password don't match, even though they're the same credentials that work on the website.
Somebody know what I need to do?
