LAUNCHER Problem, patching every time and wrong patch issue.

ok when the new launcher came out i had no problems but for 2 weeks now the launcher is getting worse and worse every day. started to patching 30% of the times I want to log in, and now it's 95%. but...

@SWTOR-Player 

try deleting the client_setting file and see if it helps 

if it persists try a fresh clean gameinstall , if it persists after that may need to see if any proxy servers exist as caching of the patchmanifest by a proxy server could cause the game to have the wrong game version

There is no "client_setting" file on the "Star Wars-The Old Republic" folder, only

launcher.launcher.metafile.json
launcher.settings
launcher.swtor.metafile.json

on the folder "Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor" there is a folder named "retailclient" and inside that folder there is a file named "client_defaults.cfg".
