Dxdiag attached. I don't have another antivirus beyond the default Windows stuff, which I did check yes.

ok few things the game is likley trying to use the AMD RX Vega 10 Graphics instead of the Nvidia 1650
also the drivers need updating so grab new drivers from https://www.asus.com/uk/Laptops/For-Gaming/TUF-Gaming/ASUS-TUF-Gaming-FX505DD-DT-DU/HelpDesk_Download/
now go into the nvidia control panel and find swtor.exe or select global to use the nvidia card for the game
see if that helps
edit : this may help too https://pureinfotech.com/set-gpu-app-windows-10

I updated the drivers, made sure the game was using the nvidia graphics, and did a second clean install. At this point the following happened:
First login try got stuck. Second and third tries let me in after five or six seconds of loading wheel, however both times made me agree to the terms and conditions again. Subsequent login attempts went back to endless loading wheel. This was all in the span of a couple minutes.
I cross-referenced some dates and I can now firmly date this issue as starting after the maintenance of 6/28, when I tried to log in later that day. Prior to this I had no issues.
