Launcher will not open.

The launcher will not open at all. I have checked for libcef.dll. I have started it in safe mode and it never launched, i have turned my anti-virus off and there was no change. I have port forwarded the SWTOR ports, nothing. I added exceptions to the firewall incase that was doing it, nothing. I Have tried the launcher repair utility to no avail, It does the same thing with steam, no launch. I get no error messages or anything. I have no idea what's left to do. Sys specs are: Ryzen 9 5900x, RTX 3080, 32gb ram, the game is installed on a GEN 4 NVME M.2 SSD.

can either create a temp folder or just use msinfo32 /report C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\SWTORCRASH.TXT

It won't let me attach the crash report to this. Is there a specific thing to look for in the report?

have you done the optional windows updates and updated the nvidia driver ?

It will not let me post or attach the file to the forum for you to see it. I did update, and I did update the nvidia driver.
