logged in today, then logged out and unable to reconnect with server error

I have a problem, I was connected 2 hours ago. I was disconnected by inactivity, and since then I can no longer reconnect, it returns a server error. Same when I try to connect to the swtor site.
What is happening? How to solve the problem?
