Magnified Screen

I recently came back to the game. I logged in after everything was done installing, and played for about an hour before getting off for the night. Now whenever I try to play it, I log into the Launcher, click "Play", the screen goes dark for a moment, then comes back to my normal screen, except that everything has been magnified, with the task bar looking like it's from the early 90's. The two ways to put it back to normal are to either right click and close the game on the task bar, or "End Task" from the Task Manager, and with this way I end up having to go back into my computers graphics settings and manually set them back to what they were.  The game itself never becomes playable,  It just sits there on the task bar, and when you mouse over it, it shows a preview of the games screen which is an almost completely blank screen, except for a tiny bar of color running straight down the middle.
