Missing Cartel Coins

See how the transaction says "Open" that needs to change to "Closed"  if that changes and still nothing can follow up but will need the account name

I bought 14500 Cartel Coins the day before I tried buying the 5500 CC I was talking about and those 14500 CC got added immediately after I bought them through in-game add coins option.

This morning, I bought 450 CC that despite still showing as open, came through immediately (I used swtor.com this time).

Last thing I'm confused about is that 35€ FAILED transaction 1 minute after I bought the 5500 CC yesterday.

Also my account name is ZegaFIN.

Support can see some purchases were declined by the bank 

The purchase that is still open ,you do need for that to change to either "failed" or "closed" in the system before anything further can be done with it

as mentioned if you dont get the coins if it closes then pop back can chase up again for you

Update on the situation: It turned from OPEN to CLOSED, yet the coins haven't arrived.

Still waiting...

ok will flag it with support when they are online for the day , will be about 11hrs before a response will be available

to cover all bets, email support@swtor.com from the email address used on that account and provide the swtor account name and ask them to look at the that transaction and if they can add the coins from it

Hello i’m having same issue I bought 5500 cartel coin and i’ve checked my bank the money was taken out of my account but nothing has changed it still says OPEN and coin not on my SWTOR account
