Missing purchase for subscription on steam

Hello, today I bought SWTOR 30 Game Time Subscription on Steam. The purchase was successful, but I do not have the status of Subsciber in the game. I wrote to Steam support, but they wrote that the purchase went well, so I'm writing here to please help me. Otherwise, I have my SWTOR account linked to my Steam account. I am sending proof of payment (purchase) in the attachment.

gametime has been added to the swtor account

if not done so yet, you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account, it can be repurchased when this gametime ends

checking the account for issues with swtor support, response will be in about 11 - 12 hrs when support are online for the day

The linked ea account drystixsrb has been disabled, and uses the same email used on the swtor account

use this link (insert the swtor email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account

Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com

Support have left a note on your account to add gametime once the account is fixed

I reset the password for the 4th time in last 24 hours I don't understand how can I reset the password MORE then this.

I reset the password as you said and logged in to ea account in incognito mode.
