If you confirmed the displayname is actually the same on the website to what is used in the launcher
send an email to mailto:support@swtor.com and ask if they can check the account
Haven't played since 2019. Was going to play again but when i lunch the game i could not see my characters on star forge. Then i went to my account and it shows i have 4 on that server. Why do they not show when i lunch the game.
