10 years agoMy client's Customer Service Help Request doesn't function
I have a free-to-play account, but I have Preferred Player status courtesy of some Cartel Coin purchases I've made while playing.
My client will allow me to CTRL-/ and click the question mark icon. However, the menu itself is broken. The Create Ticket and Live Agent Chat buttons do nothing, and I cannot type in any of the form fields. The only buttons that function are the Stuck Character and Request Help features, and the latter doesn't do anything (since it would normally just change back to the tab the menu starts at).
I have some bugs to report and ask questions about, but I've been forced to create posts here instead of being able to quickly ask in-game.
Is this a simple matter of uninstall-reinstall, or is there a deeper problem here?
