I've done forgot display name and i get an email message telling me my display name but when i do forgot password i get nothing sent to me ive done it and tried for hours i dont know whats going on. i believe this is my account linked to my steam. i tried like 2 weeks ago and today nothing is being sent when i do forgot password.. i made is a really really long time ago and the last time i got an email from it was 2021 it seems
if the email isn't in the spam folder, best to call swtor support when the lines are open, and update the email to another email address
I was told they tried every method to trying to find out a way to get me to get the E-mail. i get every E-mail besides the forgot password one. they never seen or anyone else doesnt have this issue i'm gonna assume. so I was told just make a new account </3.....
I made that account at like 2008 i think and been playing the game randomly over the years so i just lose everything...... it's really upsetting

I just called back and it was the same guy he said that he couldn't understand me because my phone sound like static and i that i need to call back
Just called again went through the same prosses and was told just make a new account.. this sucks sooo dang much

I gather you confirmed the emails are not in your junk folder ?
if so, and given outlook is problematic it seems, as a test i would create a gmail email address and call support back on say monday and put the gmail email address , you can also use the email as googlemail.com so get the agent to try both gmail.com and googlemail.com and see if the reset email arrives ok , just be sure with gmail to also check the spam folder
