@proxos666 Yes, that I finally understand. So if I wanted a new character I would have to buy 2 new slots according to this theory. So if I buy another slot and I'm still stuck, then what do I do?

Good news, with the help from all of you and your clear explanations, I was able to see that the server said I had 61/61 slots on my server, so buying one gave me the new character slot I was attempting to get all along and I've been able to use it! THANK YOU ALL. You've been a great help to me and I really appreciate it.
