New player cant login

Hello i am a new player and i made a brand new account to play but i cant login. It either says "We can't log you in. Please double-check you're using the Steam account you usually play on and try again." Or "The login service is currently unavailable. Details can be found on our twitter account."

Steam can only have one swtor account linked at a time, if another is already linked that message will appear

as to login unavailable, ensure the antivirus as exceptions for the launcher and if you are in brazil be sure to do the age verification to allow you login on the servers
